The seller is obliged to make them available. Before purchasing, please always check whether the website has an address to which you can send a return - in the event of a complaint. Often, the lack of an address means that we will send returns to China at our own expense. Please check the price of the product you are looking for in other stores, often a big promotion is simply not possible. It is worth contacting the store before buying, is their phone answered? It is worth repeating this procedure for any online purchases. It is worth checking the store's Facebook page, are there comments under the posts? Is it empty and makes you think. Please remember that the market of purchased positive comments is booming, so please verify the content carefully. The above procedure will not protect us from fraudsters, but it can reduce the risk that we will buy a faulty product. You can contact the ombudsman for consumer rights when the store does not send the goods or does not accept complaints and there are problems with communication with the store. Scammers like few, first they had no time to send the order, now they have no time to give the money back. No contact with normal people, only works, email replies are copy/paste non stop scum. Order from 28.10.2022 today we have 10.12.2022 and neither order nor money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been waiting for 3 months for an order, a bot not a human being writes back, I already know that I will not get either the product or the money.
Scammers like few others. On 28 October 2022 I placed an order, to this day neither the order nor the cash refund (22.01.2023), the order is still hanging as active and I have already informed them several times that I am cancelling the order. I do not recommend the scammers!!!
