How to get your money back if you've been scammed on Amazon: You may be eligible to claim a refund under the Guarantee if any of the following apply: You haven't received your package and it's been three days from the maximum estimated delivery date, or tracking shows delivery confirmation. You received an unexpected order and asked the seller for a refund. You returned an item with a trackable shipping method and the seller did not refund you. Amazon may require you to contact the seller first and wait for a response, or request a refund after 48 hours. You have up to 90 days after the maximum estimated delivery date to request a refund under warranty. The warranty does not cover digital items, payment for services, prepaid instruments.
