I can confidently stick the Bombardina patch on the black list! I ordered a red hipster bikini bottom,got a black thong,after acknowledging my complaint I got a red thong instead of the hipster cut! They don't want to refund the money and send me back to make a return directly to the seller from China!!!:)) good jokes.I will definitely never buy anything from them again and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
I warn you not to buy from this shop Bombardina.pl : they send you hideous bobbles in a different cut, material and size. Complaints are a theory, in practice it is just correspondence with further mischief and playing for time. An honest shop returns the money (with or without returning the item). This shop refuses the return because it does not want to disclose the address of any! Address : Tomasza Zana 11A 20-601 LUBLIN. The garment was sent from the country of Saint Kitts and Nevis ( that's the Caribbean Islands), so the point in the regulations about returning to CHINA does not apply here. I am waiting for the money in the full amount of 174.90 PLN, and they offered 10% of the amount due !!! This is just plain fraud and thievery !!!! Beware of the Bombardina.pl shop. I bought sweatpants expensively. Came with something made of oil that I am disgusted to touch. Service scandalous. No refund... In a word pure thievery. I ABSOLUTELY ADVISE EVERYONE AGAINST IT. AND BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS THEY HAVE ON THE WEBSITE. OF COURSE MY TWO REVIEWS HAVE BEEN DELETED.
Same with me, they sent the goods in a different size and not the same as in the picture. What a scam, why is this company still on the market and why do they continue to cheat people? What to do with such an approach to the customer. They offer10% a refund. A mockery in broad daylight. What do you do with such an approach to the customer, because I don't know if it is possible to get a return or goods in accordance with the order?
Common scammers... I ordered a swimsuit (top and 2 pairs of panties). I received 2 pairs of underwear panties that I wouldn't have bought even for £10..obviously not what I ordered.... The top from the swimsuit completely not what is in the picture...Huge communication problems with the shop.... I think the BOT is responsible.... Returns at my expense to China....
I do not recommend !!! Be careful because these 3 gentlemen aged 26 (from the board) have many companies and sell various things ... I recommend checking by KRS or NIP of this company and you will see what kind of shops and connections.... These gentlemen have made a good business out of cheating people... the prosecution should take care of it...
Fraud and poor quality. No contact with the shop, no phone - given is an answering machine.

Courtauld for 300 PLN, that's how much lighter I am. You will be informed that the goods will be delivered after about 15 days only after the money has been paid into their account, and of course you cannot cancel the delivery.
( It was going to be a quick purchase and a jacket for the weekend at my place, that was the plan)
This Chinese crap of poor quality in a Chinese size L has arrived, and I have a bolero - past the elbow and up to the navel.
If you want to give it back you can, at your own expense shipping to China, which means duty and shipping exceeds the value of the goods.
A lesson for the future, because you have everything in their terms and conditions, which you have automatically accepted, but I will still not forgive them and will report the matter to the relevant institutions.
Fatal shop, they sent me Chinese rubbish - a mackintosh which has no chance of protecting me from the rain and obviously does not match the picture on the offer. I complained and got some sort of a refund, but only after sending confirmation that it had been sent back to China (it cost 90 zl to send the parcel! ). Of course, the parcel came back because the address given was probably a coincidence, and a friend from the flat picked it up and paid the postman. A complete disaster. Such are the times that it's scary to shop on the internet.
