Underwear of terrible quality, going directly from China (no warehouse in the EU). When trying to return the lingerie, there were problems: even though I asked for a refund within the legal deadline of 14 days, I was refused this right and was deceived for several days. Complaint reported to the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in Warsaw.
Avoid by a wide margin.

Hi, please contact me. I have also been scammed, but after reading the feedback I intend to act more widely to curb such fraudulent practices.

The quality of the product is very low.

The product is one big failure, I ordered a set of shorts + shirt. I ordered a set of shorts and a shirt and after posting a review on Instagram and Facebook I was immediately blocked. I have been emailing for a week and still have not received an answer to which address to send the refund, today I am going to report the matter, I will not let it go, the scammers must be punished, I am not the only one who has been scammed by them. I do not recommend!!!!!!

I too was fooled by the scammers from the Camelie website, something different was in the pictures and completely different things came, with artificial material, straight from China.
Returns only by registered post to China at an additional cost.
Unfortunately I have not yet been reimbursed, please let me know if anyone has been reimbursed or if I should contact the Consumer Ombudsman straight away.

I received an item from this company as a gift. Great disappointment. Goods of the worst quality. When I tried to return the goods, the company 1) demanded that I send them back to China by Polish mail (even though the goods had been sent from the Netherlands) 2) told me to reduce the value of the goods in the parcel to 1$ 3) said that they had the right to deduct about 20PLN from the refund for "costs incurred".
So - despite the fact that the goods are disappointing, of poor quality and strongly deviate from what is shown in the pictures - this is organised in such a way that the cost of return exceeds the price of the goods and that it is not worthwhile for the customer to return them. Please note that on the SM of the company there is no possibility to share comments and opinions... I wonder why....

Tragedy! Products of terrible quality, Chinese. I returned the refund to Spain!!! I have never recovered the funds. I am reporting the case to the Consumer Ombudsman

Hello, has anyone of you managed to resolve the problem? I am at the stage of trying to return the goods to Camelie.pl and no response to my emails. Regards
