Often, the lack of an address means that we will send returns to China at our own expense. Please check the price of the product you are looking for in other stores, often a big promotion is simply not possible. It is worth contacting the store before buying, is their phone answered? It is worth repeating this procedure for any online purchases. It is worth checking the store's Facebook page, are there comments under the posts? Is it empty and makes you think. Please remember that the market of purchased positive comments is booming, so please verify the content carefully. Cotosen es una verdadera estafa. Ya empecé a sospechar al ver que, justo tras hacer el pago, me bloqueron el acceso a mi cuenta en la web. No pude volver a entrar para ver mis pedidos. Pedí un jersey y una camiseta. Lo que he recibido no tiene nada que ver con lo que se muestra en las fotos. En la ficha técnica pone que la camiseta es de algodón y el jersey tiene la textura de la ropa tipo polar. Y por los colores y el aspecto eso es lo que sugieren las fotos. La realidad es muy diferente: las dos prendas que me mandaron están hechas con ese tipo de tela fina de plástico brillante con la que se hacen los disfraces. Las costuras mal hechas. Los colores son chillones y nada que ver con las fotos. Además el jersey es de la talla L y yo pedí una M. Me queda enorme. Pero lo peor de todo es que las prendas, con ese tipo de tela y colores, son tan ridículas que no puedo usarlas ni regalarlas y me costaron bien caras. Además, para mi sorpresa, cuando llegaron tuve que pagar 7€ extra por tasas de aduana. Si quieres devolver el pedido tú pagas con los gastos de devolución a China. Y por lo que pone en las condiciones no existe garantía de que te devuelvan el dinero, ya que ellos te lo confirman una vez hayan recibido el envío de vuelta. No caigan como yo en la trampa. Su negocio consiste en engañar a través de las fotos que están retocadas y luego mandarte un producto de pésima calidad que no es lo que en la web se muestra. Además se aseguran de que no te devolverán el dinero.
