Safe shopping procedure: find the entrepreneur's registration details, address and contact details + regulations on the store's website. The seller is obliged to make them available. Before buying, please always check whether the website has an address to which you can send a return - in the event of a complaint. Often, the lack of an address means that we will send returns to China at our own expense. Please check the price of the product you are looking for in other stores, often a big promotion is simply not possible. If the dress is cheap and looks like a ball gown, the quality usually leaves much to be desired. If you see a well-known logo on a sweatshirt or shoes and the price is low, and the website address is "strange" - there is also a great danger that a completely different product will come to us than in the picture. Before you buy anything, it is worth using the "image search" option in Google and check how much the same product costs in other stores. To search for a product in other stores: take a screenshot or take a photo of what you would like to buy then go to Google search and select the "camera" icon, upload the photo and it's done, this way you will find out if the price of the product is real. It is worth contacting the store before buying, is their phone answered? Is there any contact with the store? It is worth checking if the store has a page on Facebook or Instagram and it is worth checking how this page looks in social media and what are the ratings of the store. You can also check when the domain was created. The above procedure will not protect us from fraudsters, but it can reduce the risk that we will buy a faulty product. You can contact the CONSUMER Ombudsman when the store does not send the goods or does not accept complaints and there are problems with communication with the store. Ms Marzena is a mentally disturbed person, aggressive and unreformable. She does not send the goods and does not want to return the money. She lies that she sent an e-mail which she did not send, then suddenly she is in hospital from where she is able to send meaningless messages but not to return the money to the customer. She ignores messages from buyers and then tells them to fuck off, and after a week of fussing and 30 (!) messages, she returns them with the note "out". She has her sister as a customer and tells her husband to apologise for her. Shameful, the woman has something wrong with her head and should not come into contact with people. She is a boor not from today and she did not only refer to me this way. Sick family and sick company, stay away from this shop! You don't know what will come into the mind of such people and yet they have access to address data!!!
