Unfortunately the shop treats the customer badly. I placed an order on 21 July. I placed an order on 21 July, the shop paid for the GLS shipment and that was it. I contacted GLS myself and they literally wrote back: "The package with the given number is not registered in our GLS system.
If the sender claims that he sent the package, he has to file a complaint with GLS.". The shop, despite sending a scan, continues to claim that the parcel was sent and that I am the one who has to wait for unknowns and can at most not accept the parcel. But the package does not exist.
