I placed an order on 06.02.2021. I have not received the goods until today. After 60 days (according to the maximum lead time of their terms and conditions) and writing emails, I received information about the delay and that the parcel would arrive 90 days after the order. After another wait and a reminder about the goods and a request for a refund, they prolonged the matter by asking for an exact address, in another email what goods had been ordered, etc. After several e-mails asking for a refund, they continue to "float" me. Now they want to send me the goods at their expense, and if the original order had arrived it would have been my 'freebie'. This was an item for a child who would have grown out of it long ago so I refused again demanding a refund.
