Moda Vanilla...discouraged. The quality leaves a lot to be desired, the service is not polite, you pay for the returned goods yourself, so you pay shipping twice. I will never buy anything from them again. Absolutely do not recommend!!!

Worst online shop. Fulfilment has not taken place despite 14 days. Postponement of delivery date after intervention, which is only done by calling telemarketing (4 times attempts). Company does not respond to email correspondence, internal chats. The company is not interested in the customer, when talking to the tele the tone is pretentious, with no initiative to help. I would advise against this one due to the non-compliance of the order in terms of timing, as well as misleading the customer and ultimately disrespectful to the orderer. The shop does not even deserve a rating of 1.

Long wait for order, no information from the shop (they reply when they want or not at all) and problems with refunds - I've been waiting for over a month and still haven't received my money ( despite repeated promises and assurances that it has already been sent). This company has a lot of negative feedback 🤬.
