I ordered the product in mid-July, at the end of August I wrote to say that I was changing my address (from a plot of land to a flat), so could the parcel be redirected and I asked generally where my goods were, although I know that according to the regulations the time can be up to 60 working days. I was given a tracking number because the shop has no control over "its" products (they obviously come from China, which the shop doesn't boast about) - I didn't check the number at the time because of my personal situation. When I found myself in a new life situation (small child), I checked that the package had already been cancelled at the end of July. I wrote to the shop that this was ridiculous - I got a 20% discount on the next product and a promise that they would send it as soon as possible. I reminded them that I was not staying at the address from the order - unfortunately they had already sent to the old address. Today the courier left the product at a neighbour's house, but said there was still £8.50 to pay!!! Apparently not much, but for what, I ask? I still don't know what the product is like, I suspect it is not what I ordered. Avoid the shop at a wide distance, scammers and that's it.
I ordered the goods in September, after 2 months I received a shipment of 2 items out of 3. I am already waiting another 2 months for the missing item. Of course, the shop replies to complaints and says that the product will be sent again, but it was not there.
As for the goods themselves I have no reservations, I was even pleasantly surprised by the quality, but I will not buy from them again.
I sincerely do not recommend this shop, which makes it difficult in every way possible to return a product and holds the money. Every possible attempt at contact is dragged out to the limit, in addition to which the staff mislead the customer. The product was eventually returned and a refund was promised, unfortunately it has been over two weeks now and I still have not received the refund, in addition I get no reply to my messages, only information that they could not make the transfer due to technical problems. If anyone is hesitating to buy from this shop, I completely advise against it and recommend going to more professional and reliable sellers.

I warn and absolutely do NOT recommend the Parine shop. The products come from China and you have to pay extra, which the shop does not inform about beforehand, the products are delivered in a different size than ordered and the shop does not recognise complaints, possible return at your own expense to China.

The goods are from China. The possible return is also to China. I waited 3 weeks for a sweatshirt and got a rag that had nothing to do with the photo. I want to warn everyone who is going to buy Parine. I ordered 3 dresses. After more than a month it arrived from China and it was not what I ordered. One was brown instead of white. Another is in 100% synthetic instead of cotton as stated on their website. The third is similar to the picture only with butterflies, a complete synthetic and even the style is different. It's a pity that I only became aware of the 'buyers' comments on Parine's online shop before I bought it, where they were all positive. I don't have time to make any attempts to return them all, I threw them away because the synthetics and rags are poor. I wouldn't take such dresses, and they are free, it's also a shame for charity to offer them.

I ordered a blouse at the beginning of April which has still not arrived and it is almost July. Allegedly, the Polish Post Office advised the parcel 2 times on weekday mornings. which is an absolute lie. The collection address given is where I work. There are always several hundred people there.There are no letterboxes, so there is nowhere to leave an advice letter. The courier or postman did not call me. Parine replied that they are not a retailer but an intermediary, they take a commission for their intermediation and they are not obliged - since I did not collect the parcel - to return the goods to me, because I did not buy from them but from some unknown retailer in China. This is an absolute scandal and I am going to report it to the police, because fraudsters must be punished.
I would absolutely advise against buying from this intermediary, as it is a Polish business entity but, apart from the account to which the buyer makes the transfer, it does not have the required VAT ID, Regon or registered office, and its only contact details are by telephone, which does not work in the event of a dispute.
Delivery takes up to 60 days, you cannot cancel an order as in a normal online shop until 14 days, you can possibly make a return on your own account to China after receiving the delivery and wait patiently perhaps someone will refund our money.
In summary, the scammer does not recommend
I ordered 2 skirts the quality of which is very bad, they look like a lining on a rubber band without any tag about the type of material used. I will never buy anything from them again. My first order from Parine.pl and my last. I wish I had seen the reviews earlier. I have been badly nicked and would strongly advise against buying from the Parine.pl website.

I ordered lingerie from the Parine shop in August this year and to this day I have not received the goods. This is a mockery and not a shop. No one answers the phone but they reply by email. They give a supposedly tracking link but the parcel does not arrive and they do not want to refund the money. Please do not use the services of this shop. It is a total scam.
Not recommended. On 22 August 2023 I placed an order for a tracksuit. Today is 20 September 2023 and the delivery is still not here. Maybe it will arrive by 3 October. Embarrassing, even from AliExpress it would have already arrived 2 times, don't order unless you want to wait for months. I sincerely doubt that the shipment will arrive at all.

I do not recommend the shop. I ordered two pairs of trousers in two sizes, the parcel was supposed to arrive within 15 days and arrived after more than 20. When I wanted to make a return, it turned out that you have to do it at your own expense and the shipment is to China. You could live with that but they would only refund half the price because the other fuel ro the price of the service.
The Parine shop is an extreme Chinese shop and scammers. You pay, the goods are there as soon as possible after a month. You then pay the duty. My goods did not resemble those in the photo. I send it back - at my own expense to China, of course. They promise to refund about half the price, as it is in the terms and conditions, if the parcel reaches the sender. My parcel has arrived and the money from the return is still not there. This should be a criminal offence.

PARINE, I join all the deceived and dissatisfied customers of this shop.The shipment from China via the Netherlands arrived after a month with a surcharge for customs duty, trousers that were supposed to be velvet turned out to be synthetic, return at my own expense and with the offer to refund only half the value of the purchased product, I have never encountered such a scam before.
Parine shop: wise Polish woman after the loss:( Sweater supposedly cashmere, ha ha ha. It arrived tiny (was supposed to be a size M), more of a blouse top, almost after a month, without any label neither about the size nor about the composition of information, to the touch it is a mixture of viscose and polyester, elastane maybe. In the fervour of pre-Christmas shopping I unfortunately neglected this subject; I made my purchase on 06 December 2023 and the order was delivered on 04 January 2024!!! And in addition, it turned out to be different from what I had ordered. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE contacting this company and shopping there, unless you are ordering goods in January for December (you need to allow yourself time for a possible complaint, if it is accepted). I definitely do not recommend the shop! I ordered a tracksuit set, after payment I did not receive any confirmation or order number. After about 20 days, I contacted the website administration to ask if the tracksuit had been sent. I was told that it was waiting for me at the post office. In order to receive it, I had to pay customs duty of £14. In the package I found two pairs of the same tracksuit trousers, which was not in accordance with my order. In order to complain I was told to give my order number, which I never received. Tragedy :/

I warn against this company, I ordered the goods in mid-December and still have not received them, when I wrote to them that I am reporting the matter to the police, they wrote back that the goods have been sent and usually they have 15 working days to send the goods - the information for the customer says that the goods usually arrive 15 days after the order (not working days). I strongly advise against contacting the shop "PARINE"(company registered in Seychelles !!!). I have been "kicking myself" with them since 06 December 2023. (we are on 19 January 2024) and they have now even stopped responding to my emails. The goods arrived, yes, but after 30 days and not the one I ordered. Neither a refund, nor an address to send the goods back. Silence in the air. I referred the problem to the OCCP, including the section dealing with foreign operations. They all spread their hands and the only wise thing they can say is to be careful when shopping online. Embarrassing.... How about initiating a wide-ranging discussion on this pathology? Numerous cases of various sites being blocked are known, and no law works in the case of such scammers???! I ordered a sweatshirt exactly on the 4th of December for my girlfriend and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas, it was supposed to be a gift. It was supposed to arrive sometime in mid-January and when it finally arrived I thought I would give it to her and tell her how it was, but when I opened the package I couldn't believe it. The sweatshirt looked completely different from the pictures as if someone pulled it out of a dog's throat. I DON'T RECOMMEND!
I will say this: if I had known that the shop was only brokering sales from China I would never have ordered anything in my life.
Fortunately the order was only for £100 and I ordered 2 items. I only received one, suitable for the bin. After reading the comments I don't even advertise it. These days when shopping in these types of shops you have to check the reviews on the internet because it's easy to get run over.
