I bought carpets that do not look like the ones in the photo, I want to return them but unfortunately no one answers my emails. The quality of the products is tragic.
I purchased a large carpet for http://www.trendcarpet.pl. The carpet came bent in half, packed only in transparent foil, which was torn in many places (light carpet with long pile on top without protection against dirt or damage). The parcel was not received. It has been 3 weeks, I cannot ask for a refund of the money paid. If I do not receive a refund within a week, I will report the matter to the Consumer Protection Office and to the police.
I bought two rugs at the end of March 2024. One was thin as a mouse pad and looked completely different to the picture, costing £700 - a disaster. The other one was woollen, thick but smelled terribly of naphthalene. I ventilated the room non-stop and the stench continued. Neither air fresheners nor different fragrances helped. But not much in the living room mole🤦🏼 every now and then I see something flying. I look under the carpet and see moths dead. Massacre!!! Yesterday I was spraying the carpet with a special product and I noticed that there is already a slightly bitten hole, I am heartbroken. What made me buy carpets from this shop. On top of that, I am vacuuming this carpet non-stop because the hair is coming out. A carpet for £1,600! MASAKRA !!!!
